Privacy Policy

Effective July 30, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Wrestling AI (“Wrestling AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile app and website.

Information we collect

How we use information

We use information to provide video analysis and personalized plans, save and sync your data, authenticate accounts, process and restore subscriptions, deliver requested notifications, troubleshoot and secure the service, understand feature performance, respond to support, and comply with legal obligations.

How information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with service providers that support cloud hosting and authentication (Supabase), AI-assisted analysis (Google), product analytics and diagnostics (PostHog), subscription management (RevenueCat and Apple), and push notifications (Apple and Expo). These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your choices and controls

Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. When you delete footage or request account deletion, we remove it from active systems, subject to limited backup, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention needs. Apple and RevenueCat may retain transaction records under their own policies.

Security and international processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Children

Wrestling AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date.
